Payment

We accept money orders, cashier's cheques, personal cheques, and credit cards (through paypal).
Personal cheques must clear before the item is shipped.
If you pay by personal cheque, please allow up to 14 days for confirmation that your cheque has cleared. 
For faster processing, pay via PayPal, cashier’s cheque, or money order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Other shipping methods are available upon request. These are FedEx, UPS and DHL

Returns

Due to the customized nature of the items available at Commess University and See Nen Nen News, there are no returns on items sold.
All items are checked for quality prior to shipping.
In the event the item is damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier.
